Have you lost any weight by following it?"

As you know chicken and fish are not bad to have in a healthy way and a healthy PORTION. But it has been around for years, and I took alot of tips from it, although I don't follow it to a T. Sometimes I do consume something other than fruit before noon!! But if you feel that you can stick to the lifestyle they suggest on a regular basis then go for it!! It is definitely heart and weight concious. No diet pills or witholding completely from any food group. The focus on eating certain foods at certain times of day and in certain combinations is very interesting, but a little hard to do if you are constantly busy. If you think that it's for you, you WILL lose weight at a reasonable pace-I do know people who followed it exactly as the book said, and they lost weight and kept it off. Read it thoroughly, if you dont do it by the book, at least take some valuable information from it to incorporate into a healthier lifestyle. Good Luck!!!!"

eating smart is very important. almost as important as making sure that you get exercise to build muscles and lose weight."

An emphasis on fruits and vegetables is not bad, though, IMHO."
