Ughhhhhhh

Keep up with your dieting and daily excersize, no matter what it's a healthier lifestyle than being overweight. If you appear to continue gaining, but you are losing fat, then you may want to rethink your excersize regimen, some excersizes focus on muscle build rather than loss of fat, as I'm sure you know. The other thing that is a possibility is that if you are drinking water your body could be retaining it. Although it sounds strange, if that is the case you may need to drink more water-the more you drink the more you will expel, if your body is dehydrated and starving for water then it will continue to retain whatever you give it. It could be your body's way of saying that it doesn't have enough water, and if you don't replenish it then it will hold onto every ounce until it is confident that more is coming daily. I had a similar problem, and these were the things my trainer suggested. Not too much heavy weight training, and so much water that the sink went dry!!!! Best of luck to you, keep up the good work-the results will be worth it. We can do it!"
