Heather said: "I really want to buy a new bathing this year in a color other than black. :) I've had the same black bathing suit for too long. I want to be in much better shape before I get one though. You are right. The time to get started is now. It would be nice to drop 5 pounds by February.. I think that will be my goal. Let's see if I can do it.."

Darren said: "Summer is huge motivation for me! I definitely want this year to shine. It's the last summer before I'm 40 so it better be a good one. I've been "meaning" to lose this belly for 3 years and haven't. I'm tired of acting like a sissy. It's time to kick ass and get in shape for 2005."

cvalh said: "20 years old and i've never had the joy of turning heads with a bikini (or even just in a one-piece...) because i've always been fat. i've decided i'm going to look GOOD in a bathing suit this summer... once upon a time i was smaller, but i didn't have any confidence... now, for some odd reason, i've gained confidence with weight - if only i could drop the weight!"
