Staying on trackStaying on track

I'm frustrated that my weight never seems to change despite the fact that I've been exercising and avoiding bad foods. I haven't had a late night loaded pizza for months. I hate to sound like a whiner, but it just seems so pointless.
I am hoping that maybe venting a little will help this feeling pass."

I had a day yesterday where I didn't stick to my plan at all, but I certainly will not beat myself up about it. This morning is a new day and I am right back on track. I have been doing a great job with my weight loss. My friends and family are telling me they can tell I am getting smaller. I have only been at this for 3 full weeks now. It gets frustrating sometimes, but I know by the time summer is here I will look so much better and when this year is up I will succeed in my goal. You will too."

most days there aren't many reasons to over indulge in foods that will only make you more unhappy down the road. a moment on the lips, a lifetime on the hips..
if only that weren't so darn close to the truth!!"

QueenBee said: "Thanks guys!
I have started to notice that the days are getting a little longer. The extreme cold that has broken a little bit and I'm feeling a lot better than the other day!
I know that it won't be much longer, Ash Wednesday is a week away! That always means Easter is just around the corner. And Easter is spring!"

Heather said: "Good point, Determined.
Taking it one day at a time is one of the best ways to do it. If you have a bad day, move on and do better the next day."
Elaine said: "April flowers will be here soon enough. The good things that you do for yourself today will pay off when it gets warmer. Don't get depressed and stay strong!"

Your hard work will eventually pay off. ;)"
