I pigged last night on spicy chicken breast strips and didn't drink all my water. Now I'm all bloated and yucky. ARG! For some ungodawful reason, I just can't seem to stay on track and it's driving me insane! I keep having people wanting to give me food, and I have to buy different food for my daughter than what I get for myself because... well, quite frankly, she's a skinny li'l thing and doesn't need all the reduced fat and reduced calorie stuff I eat (except for the fruit, she LOVES fruit). It's hard having her after school snacks around, and it's hard when people say "Oh, I have too much of such-and-such, here's a BIG BAG FULL JUST FOR YOU!" HELP! I'm going nuts here! Plus... I have a very distinct lack of energy and haven't exercised for awhile, and need some help figuring out how the hell to get my energy back up so I *can* exercise without getting totally exhausted within the first five or ten minutes. :(
Thx for listening, everybody.

(if i had more time in the day i would consider taking some dance classes)
eating is only going to keep you in the same place, and if that isn't bringing you happiness it isn't worth doing."

I'm fed up with being overfed. Tell your family and friends that you are on a mission and they need to help you not hurt your cause."

Of course, it is *easier* to make excuses than to move our bodies, especially in the short and cold days of the winter season.
Being healthy is a responsibility that only *we* have the ability to control.
And being healthy doesn't mean we have to weigh a hundred pounds, either.
I found aninteresting article on how the habits that we as adults have can affect our kids."
