It's hard for me to exercise because I've got some permanent injuries that prevent a lot of movement, but I do my best.. So far it's gotten me down 75lbs, and then back up 20, but now I'm losing again.. 10 gone so far from my current weight, which is awesome. :) I try to stay away from prepackaged foods (being a housewife, I've got lots of time to cook!) and eat plenty of fruits and veggies. I don't avoid any one food, though, because I've noticed that if I do that I tend to binge on it later on, and this is a BAD BAD THING! It's what made me gain that 20lbs back. :p I also drink lots and LOTS of water, about 80oz a day, maybe, and take a multivitamin, that one-a-day weight smart vitamin.
