here is what she had to say:
Her advice was.
eat 3 small meals a day and 3 snacks about every 2.5 to 3 hours apart.
eat veggies first then eat the meat and carbs and dairy
always drink 2 glasses of water after every meal, including all snacks
always eat 1 piece of fruit with all 3 meals
include 1/4 cup of soy nuts to salads if not eating anything else, it has lots of protein.
drink 4L of water minimum, if you are a very large person you have to drink 6L or more water per day
Besides the above, she said I was doing every thing correctly but she warned me, I MUST EAT EVERY 2.5 TO 3 HOURS EVEN IF I AM NOT HUNGRY. She really emphasized on that any one trying to lose weight can not skip any meal or snack just because they are not hungry.
She said also eating a yogurt with active bacteria (good bacteria is also good) or get a pro bacteria supplement, this will help in getting digestion going quicker."
