Could you write down exactly what you eat in a day? I think this way of eating may help me but I tend to get carried away and eat way too much. I also think it can be hard to tell when you are "really" hungry, after so many years of unhealthy eating habbits. I know I've become out of sync."

Darren said: "I've heard the same thing, but it's tough to do, IMHO. When you aren't hungry, eating is the last thing you want to do. Although the argument for eating 6 times a day is compelling to me, I've never been able to implement it."
