The tools you use now to lose weight will be the tools you use to maintain. Shakes and such can help you lose weight but the true test will be for how long. Breakfast is extremely important in weight loss. It is you main source of fuel for the day. You have to put gas in a car to burn to make the car go...same for humans. You have to eat(fuel) to burn so you can lose weight. Good Luck!"

I was thinking about doing this for breakfast and every once in a while for lunch.
Is this a good idea? Any recommendations?"
Heather said: "Thanks for the tips. I wasn't planning on using on Slim Fast (tried that and it wasn't good at all) I was thinking more like a powder that you mix with water or soy milk. I will be sure to read the nutritional labels before I buy anything.
Probably the extra sugar makes them taste better, huh?"
