Weight Loss Habits Forming Now

If you have been keeping with your New Year’s Resolution to lose weight, I have good news for you. A person forms a habit within 3 weeks, according to many reports I’ve read. So at Day 21 of 2008, you should already have some great habits formed that will help you lose weight.
What good habits will help you lose weight:
1) Cardio exercise for at least 30 minutes at least 5 days per week.
2) Begin eating many more portions of vegetables
3) Drop dessert, pop, and snacking
4) Drink more water.
If you implement any, or better yet, all of these habits, you can expect serious results. Do it for 3 weeks and discover the difference.
