Exercise Doesn’t Have To Be A Drag
December 5, 2007 – 6:16 pmAs I’m sure you’re already aware, exercise is very beneficial part of staying healthy. Contrary to what you might believe, exercise doesn’t have to be a drag!
With technology, exercisers have more choices than ever on ways to work up a sweat.
If you like to dance, you can test your skill and burn calories playing Dance Dance Revolution on WII, PS3, PS2, PS, Xbox, 360. This is such a great time, the kids will even want to join you!
Exercise balls are a great thing to use to improve your overall balance. They can be used to do resistance training like push-ups, sit ups and free weight exercise. Some come with accompanying training DVD’s to help get you started.
Other traditional style exercises like walking, jogging, exercise videos or participating in group exercise are always great standbys, too.
The point is, find something you like to do and DO IT! Exercise doesn’t have to be a drag..

Hello, This is Mary
I am 36 years old with 2 toddlers. My youngest just started day care last week- which still feels a little strange. I haven’t had this much time to myself in years. First thing I want to do is lose the extra pounds I put on during the last pregnancy. One of the girls next door has suggested I join her walking group two days a week. After my first pregnancy I lost around 35 pounds using the Herbalife products, but when I called the man that sold them to me three years ago he told me this week he doesn’t sell them anymore. He told me to look on the internet. It’s disappointing because he was really nice and he called me regularly to make sure I was using their products correctly. It was nice to have someone checking in with me every week to see how I was and it kept me motivated.
I searched on the internet for someone that sells Herbalife in New Jersey. I found many websites but I don’t want
just to buy the products, I want to find someone trustworthy that sells the products so I can also meet them and get started again.
Could anybody here recommend someone in New Brunswick?
.
Thanks, Mary

I agree that exercising doesn’t have to be a dreaded activity! I think people often forget how many fun and enjoyable ways they can get their body moving! I personally enjoy running– it not only makes me feel in shape physically, but clears my mind and helps me manage the stress of being a busy college student!
