The Magic Power Of Release Energy

I have no idea if anyone reading this is a fan of “Personal Growth” books, but I assume some of you are. One of the classic authors of Abundance Thinking is Catherine Ponder, who wrote over a dozen books, that all focused on what she learned from Charles Fillmore and the Unity Church. Susan Ponder’s books followed a pretty simple pattern, that goes something like this:

1) Describe the potential positive outcome of a given situation
2) Describe a spiritual philosophy
3) Include a great number of supporting examples to hammer the point home subconciously

Catherine Ponder was also a champ when it came to writing mantras that you could easily apply to your own life. Now, she was a Christian, and her emphasis was on Christianity, but you should have no problem substituting “Higher Power” in the mantras, to suit your own beliefs. The purpose of most of her mantras is to change how you think about the subject of money, by replacing any thoughts of lack you might have, with thoughts of infinite abundance.

One of the keys that Catherine Ponder always wrote about, was the key to release. The idea that you have to give up something in order to make room for all the good that is supposed to be in your life. Not only did she have this belief, but to her, only the things that needed releasing COULD be released, so there was no harm in

One of my personal favorite mantras of hers is “Let Go and Let God”. I think it’s elegant in its’ simplicity. It means “The Universe” can decide what it is you need to let go of, and just go ahead take care of it for you. How easy can that be? This way you can “release” the bad energy you need to, without worrying specifically what it even is. I’ve tried using this mantra for the last few months, and I think it has some pretty powerful affects.

The next time you’re feeling really stressed, give it a try. Just say “Let Go and Let God” to yourself enough times that you end up getting a calm feeling. I find it really works.
