Exercise Like A Kid

Here are some suggestions for exercise that make you think like a kid.. and burn calories..

Other great exercise ideas are playing kickball, softball, using a hula-hoop (why not work those abs?) soccer, volleyball, or any other activity you can still enjoy as an adult. If you have kids of your own, have them join in with you and call it a family affair, because a family that plays together stays together. ![]()

These are all great ideas. When I was a kid, we would play jumprope games during recess and it definitely didn’t feel like working out. We also played 4-square (don’t know if anyone else remembers that one) and tag. And my sister and I rode our bikes whenever we could! None of that stuff ever seemed like “work”…back then it was FUN! And it’s still fun. And it keeps you fit! Sounds like a great combo to me.
