Exercise Like A Kid

Here are some suggestions for exercise that make you think like a kid.. and burn calories..

Other great exercise ideas are playing kickball, softball, using a hula-hoop (why not work those abs?) soccer, volleyball, or any other activity you can still enjoy as an adult. If you have kids of your own, have them join in with you and call it a family affair, because a family that plays together stays together.
