A Quick Fix for Bad Breath

Today the results of a dental study done were published in the Journal of Periodontology.

The study included 51 sets of twins ages 12-21 divided into two groups. One group brushed their teeth and brushed their tongue twice daily. The second group did the same thing and also flossed their teeth twice daily.

After two weeks the group that flossed twice daily reduced bad breath and bleeding gums by 38%.

So if you’re looking to have better breath and reduce bleeding gums, give simple old dental floss a try.
