If you suffer from asthma, you still need to enjoy your life despite it. To reduce the chances of aggravating your asthma this tips should be helpful:

  • Keep your distance from campfires and people that are smoking.
  • Changing weather can flare up asthma. Be aware of changes to the barometer, humidity, temperatureand ozone alerts.
  • Make sure your home and car are air conditioned to keep air dry, cool and clean.
  • Avoid standing behind cars that are running. Exhaust fumes can cause an asthma attack.
  • Avoid strenuous activity when it’s hot outside.
  • Wash your hair and body before going to bed at night. This will remove allergens from your hair so they don’t get on your pillow.
  • Leave your shoes outside so you don’t bring allergens like pollen into your home.
