The Rosedale Diet is based on the consumption of foods that are high in good fats such as Omega-3 fats. Foods that contain sugar are to be avoided on the Rosedale diet. You are not required to count calories while following the Rosedale diet plan and it is recommended that you take a couple of supplements daily. 15 minutes of exercise daily is also key to your success.
