Hey , I am 15 years old and I weigh about 195 lbs , and I think Im suppose to weigh at least 150 , or less. Whatevva I would be happy to be down there. Im desprate , I really need a diet that will work fast. I dont care if its not healthy to loose a lot of weigh at a time , but please help! Any tips , everything . My plan is to Eat and Orange for Breakfast , and Orange for Lunch and then have a can of soup for dinner ... I am wondering how much would an esitmate , of weight I could loose by July 1st by doing this ... Oh also I will run 1 mile perday .. please help me!! PLEASE TELL ME WHATY I CAN DO TO LOOSE WEIGHT FAST, I NEED IT BY JULY 1ST NO LATER!! HELP!!!


hiya curious. that is a lot of weight to lose in a pretty short period of time. eating healthy and adding exercise is more of slow but sure road to success. if you are only 15 you are still growing, and its important to make sure you get all of the nutrition you need to grow to ne a strong healthy young woman. if you diet all of the weight away, as soon as you quit eating 2 oranges and a can of soup you will gain the weight right back. in fact it might even cause your body to go into "starvation" mode. your body thinks there is a famine and doesn't burn fat at all. it is part of human makeup. this helped people survive in the caveman days. our bodies haven't changed a lot since then, so despite the fact a famine never actually comes, our bodies still react the same way. have you tried exercise to help fight the fat? it makes you feel a lot better and will burn fat without the risk of your metabolism going funny..


You should care that it's NOT healthy to lose weight fast, sweetie, because you could ruin your health for the rest of your life.


There was thing that will work in your advantage and it does for me to, were young , me being 17, I've lost 43 pounds in 2 and a half months. Multipy your weight by 10 and eat that or less calories a day and you will lose about 10-15 pounds a month. Exercise 3x a week also. You can do it, but do it to keep it off not just to lose it really fast. 2 oranges and soup is like 300 cals a day, that is not enough at all for a growing 15 year old, your just going to be in for a dissapointment when your start eating normal again because all of that weight will just pack back on. Anything that's worth while takes effort!


does that seriously work slim down? i weigh 291, so that would mean 2910 calories a day, that seems like a lot, then again i never really counted how much i eat in a day so it is possible that ive been eating more, it seems hard to believe that if i eat 2500 calories a day, that i will lose 10-15 pounds a month? but if you say so . . sounds like somethin ill try


You have to care about being healthy. Losing weight should be to make you healthier. Always take care for you health.
