Hi everyone, I've been going to the gym 6 times a week and I keep going on the treadmill and doing intervals or doing weight loss on it and adjusting the height climbs and speed for a half hour. Then I do crunches and use the rowing machine.
However, I was wondering if there are any machines that target the love handles and stomach area? Let me know, doing crunches for 15 minutes is killing me.
twists are good for the sides of your abs. helps the waistline.
put your hands on your side and slowly twist from side to side.

Sigh, OMG as a new mommy with the tummy chubbies I feel your pain. What I have heard that works wonders is pilates. I havn't tried it yet because I cant get someone to watch the baby for long enough. But other ladies I know who have had babes say that it works.
i was watching tv and the hula-hoop is starting to make a comeback for working out the belly. the one they had on was reinforced with steel. the chick using it was in really good shape!!
