I've read this one too in a herbalists' book. I wonder if it really works or it's just made up.
Goes like this:
Every evening put warm compresses (boiled vinegar with 1/2 water*) on your abdomen. Eat caloric food with lots of vitamins and less of it**.
*) WAAAAH!!! :( SORRY IF YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND ME!!! I JUST DON'T KNOW HOW TO SAY THAT.
but I'll try. For example, you boil 2 cups of vinegar and mix it with 1 cup of water.
**) 'Less of it (food)' means that you may not eat lots of it. Uh. :? Now I've explained it all. :roll: Sorry. Just... don't eat a lot. (That's my poor English)

Sounds like an interesting way to lose weight, nonetheless..
Another solution to removing fat deposits is to soak a wash cloth in alcohol every night for two weeks and apply liberally to the area you want to work on. After the two weeks, right before a workout, bath the area in alcohol and then use a topical over the counter hemoroid cream (don't laugh) Then do your workout. The alcohol opens the pores, the Prep H shrinks the fat deposits and the workout speeds it all along! :D Have a friend who just had a baby and she looks awesome! Says its all because of this!
