The cross trainer machines should work good. Anything that involves a lot of leg movement is bound to help. Everyone has areas that are tougher to lose weight from. You have to just work at it.

That is what i thought so i have been doing 20 mins 2 time s week on the cross trainer but havent seen any difference yet! by the way does nayone know how long befor eu start to see chnage in ur body after starting a proper excercise regime?

Let me put it like this, FWIW. I've been working out very consistently since January 15th. After about a month I saw a bit of a change. I noticed it especially in my clothes. Now I'm starting to see pretty big differences in the mirror. But I'm not a spring chicken so I bet it will be faster for you. I'm sure you'll see definite improvement after six weeks or so.

well to be honest i ahve been working out for about 6/8 weeks now.. but i honestly cant see or feel anyting is 2 times a week and one ab class enough .. it has to be at the moment i cnat fit in more than that a week unfortuantely.. anyways thanx

If the two times are done pretty vigorously, it might be enough time. But as you know everything varies from person to person. It requires a lot of patience to see results and it takes a ton of effort!

[color=blue:8c8a988d0e][/color:8c8a988d0e]The change in the body will come when you don't watch for it to happen. You will just notice it. For instance, i had real flaggy bye bye arms. You know the kind that go in a different direction when you wave to someone in a short sleeve t-shirt. Mine are starting to look like normal arms again. Its gonna take time and patience. Don't stress out too much that the figure is not immediately altered. If your feeling more energized and happier, that is a good sign that things are changing. Good luck with your venture towards good health!

Ahh thank you!!!! :) I guess your right, i have had a bad day today and i know the next couple of days r going to be reallllly hard as we r going away.. anyways i am trying and i will hit the gym again onc ei am back!! :?

Dont get yourself down about bad days we all have them. The Key is not to lose hope. Good Luck Kiara
