Does anyone think that it is possible? Any diet plans and/or exercise options that would help me reach my goal could be a big relief. Sure. 20lbs can't be that hard to lose. I would like to lose 50 by end of summer, but as goes muscles are forming. can I include inches off on this challenge? I wish you guys luck. So where do we check in?here?

Hey you can do it! totally!! I plan to loose 20 lbs by end of june by drinking alot of water (9-11 glasses a day.) 70%fruit and veggies and 30%
meat and starches ( this works!) I will also walk or work out 30 min. a day! We can do this we are strong!

..I challenge myself to exercise every day. It makes my mind sharper, and my muscles stronger. I perform on a higher level (IMHO) on days that I have worked up a good sweat.
