I think my biggest problem with healthy eating is just keeping the motivation going. After a while I get so bored and go back to the way I normally eat. It's made worse by the fact I really don't enjoy exercising either (I've tried to several times). Does anyone have any motivation tips or tips to make exercise more interesting? None of my friends are on a diet either so it's not like there's anyone I can chat to about it.


If you were to set your mind to losing weight, and you accomplished it, what do you think the benefits would be? How would it help you?


Hey KitKat... I don't really like working out either.. I have found however that I enjoy racquetball immensely! A good tip could be to find something physical that you do enjoy and do it as often as you can. It is a good way to start the habit of excercise. As far as friends on a diet.. I know what you mean.. none of my friends who are dieting are "online types".. but I am. If you'd like to be diet pals... I'd love to converse with you daily for encouragement. ~smiles and waves~ AF lll
