Okay, yesterday was the beginning of the diet war. I tossed the scale after it told me I weighed 235 lbs. Wow, I freaked out. So, I think I went to the cupboards and tossed anything and everything that would add in my defeat. In case you are keeping score, Me 1.To Today, I have decided the best way to due this thing is to think like you have already won... I have started a cross between Atkins and Weight Watchers, will see


Good idea on tossing the scale ;) Knowing that you have won is a great attitude. There is no such thing as being defeated! You have the power to do this!! Keep us posted :D


Today's update: I cannot weigh myself so, I am unsure if I lost anything. However, I have a positive view and only ate fruit most of the day and at dinner had a piece of broiled fish and some veggies. I also had dessert, a scoop of fat free ice cream (yum). Today's score me 2, fat 0........

Well, I went out to dinner last night. Not as bad as I thought I might be. I had chicken and broccoli and a diet soda. I still feel full this morning. I have tuna and crackers for lunch today and am going to take my dog on an extra long walk tonight. Again, I am unsure of any wieght I may have lost to this point. I will weigh myself at the end of the month.


i am in the same boat after tossing my scale. it sort of makes me liberated but its also making me wonder. you sound like you're on the right track. nice job!
