I was just wondering, how long it will take for me to see a difference in weight loss, (months wise?)
Say, if I exercised every day:
or, if I exercised every second day:
Thanks for your help.
What's a "difference" to you?
If you want a great toned body, then expect to work-out for 6 months to 2 years before getting that "great bod" (all depends on your starting condition).
If you've been eating right (1500-2000 calories a day, maximum, with plenty of water and healthy foods) and exercising for at least 30 minutes 3x a week, then my guess is that within a week or two, you should see some difference in your weight.
Without a lot of specifics, it's hard to say.
How much weight do you need to lose?
What is your BMI? That will give you a guideline as to how overweight you are.
In order to have a great body, like doc said, it will take a while.
To maintain a great body takes a lifetime.
What is your level of commitment?
