The long-running comic strip "Drabble", by Kevin Fagan, has been a favorite of mine for years (along with numerous other strips). Today's strip, though, is especially poignant - I think many of us here can relate to it quite well. :wink:

I tell ya, that's how I *usually* feel. If I take off a few days from exercising, it seems I "gain" a few pounds and don't feel as toned. So I have to bust my butt just to get back into a flabby body shape that's not quite as flabby as when I don't exercise. LOL!
That is very true. It seems hard to believe that you can get to feeling fat in no time at all! :(
