My name is Jo, and I am new to this site! I am very excited to be here. I have a tendancy to carry my weight in my hips, thighs and stomach (it's a famity curse :roll: ). I have been going to the gym consistently for about 3 weeks now, and although I've seen progress, I'm anxious to speed things up a bit. Any suggestions are welcome!!!! Jo
