Hi Guys its Meli, I would like to lose a min. of 8 lbs per month what kind of excerise should I do???? my problem area is my butt and tummy thanks :?


Are you doing any exercise? That could help to burn some calories for sure. I would suggest drinking a lot of water, too! Nice to meet you, BTW!


Nice to meet you to, yes I am doing the tredmill and the thigh trainer and drinking a lot of water also but I would like to know more about other exercises that target butt and tummy... thanks
