I am addicted to sugary, starchy food and have found the following tip helpful for diminishing my cravings. Throughout the day (especially in the afternoon) I sip a glass of water with 1 tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar in it. It takes away any urge that I have to binge on sweet stuff & makes me feel more energetic! Hope that it works for you too :o

I have these in tablet form at home. You take 2 with a glass of water. They have the same "taste" to them as drinking it [b:6d14ffc056]apple cider vinegar[/b:6d14ffc056] form, but you can swallow them quick! I found them at Walgreens, and they weren't very expensive.
