i want to know if anyone's ever tried this siet. it's where you have a low carb day then a hoigh carb day, it has a lot of fruits and veggies. it says you'll drop 5 lbs a week. i'm trying it out right now. you're supposed to do thier weight loss kick-start week unless you've done the induction phase of the low carb diet or have been on it for a while. the reasoning is that it'll teach your body to burn fat more efficiently. i don't want to gain the weight back from the induction phase because i lost 9 pounds- but i'm going to try it and see if it works. plus my boyfriend and i are going to a new dessert place and i haven't had junk in 2-3 weeks!( the carbs on the high carb days are supposed to come from veggies so i know it's bad for this diet but oh well.)


That doesn't sound like a good idea. The blood sugar leves won't be lowered and ketosis won't occur. That sidesteps the intentions of low carb diets.


The high carb days are for complex carbs. Refined carbs found in desserts and not good for any diet...as well as our teeth!
